Why i can`t use multiple choose in filter?

I need multiple filters for regions, cities and e.t.c.

Why it is not possible?

How i can get this information (Waterfaill - Loading of elements of the page for the chosen action - aggregation for two three regions)

There is no such option right now. When you pick one filter value, dynatrace will allow you only those filters that are present in data filtered with first value. This is good in many purposes but in such operation like you need it is a pain.

You can try copying the URL to another tab in your browser if you want to see the various locations side by side.
