How we can add some details about the dynamic time frame which we select and should display in widget

like if we do Today Vs yesterday comparison it should print this info or 6 hour before or after.

I am not aware of a way to add that in on the Row segment. For the time being you can add in a markdown tile and try to line up the your metadata.
