Will Dynatrace transfer deployment from on-premise to SaaS?

As subject. Word comes that in the near future, Dynatrace Will transfer deployment strategy to purely SaaS. That means, manage node Will not keep any data on local server but to a certain data center.

There is no possibility for dynatrace to stop distributing Managed versions in shape like now because of internal restrictions in companies. I think this is only rumor and not true actually.
