Not sure if this is related but a while back I had issues with my Windows 10 machine with Hyper-V enabled (for Docker). Would you have this also enabled on your 2 machines?

After deleting PCAP it worked again,

So I found below article:

WinPcap 4.1.3 not working anymore on Windows 10 build 10041

So does anybody know if oneAgent is effected by this?
