HI From Couple hours back we are getting issues in installing...

npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/dt-oneagent-tailor - Not found
npm ERR! 404 
npm ERR! 404  'dt-oneagent-tailor@latest' is not in the npm registry.
npm ERR! 404 You should bug the author to publish it (or use the name yourself!)

Is there any change to repo ?

Open support ticket, this looks like issue with repo
