custom permissions for a group

Can I create custom permissions? For example, I would like to have Person 1 be able to do installs and viewing/monitoring data on certain servers (i.e. Portals). I don't want this person to have install writes on servers they do not support.

In other words, I would like to customize "Download & install OneAgent" permission to certain Hosts/Servers.

I am using SaaS.

You can't create your custom permissions at the moment. You can just assign existing permissions to groups or directly to users. For details about which actions are allowed with each permission see here.
