what is the the preferred browser for viewing the dynatrace synthetic portal. some sub windows don't open up all the way and scroll bars only show up at the bottom or far right, making some simple as gathering information difficult or impossible.. i use chrome as my default browser.

Hi Dennis,
The preferred browser is Chrome because that is the browser you would need to use the web recorder. Do you have any extensions on your browser that change how pages are rendered or try to optimize page loads? Try accessing the synthetic portal with any such extensions turned off or in incognito and see if that makes a differnece.

hi david, sorry i thought sent you a response, but it looks like nothing went through.. i tried incognito but its the same thing. maybe its just the way the new portal is designed. am i suppose to see just a pop up window which you can't expand, when i view all the alert destinations. you can't expand it out to see a complete line from left to right. do i need a 42 inch monitor or something? there are other pop up windows on the new portal that act the same way.. sorry i still use the old portal which has a better lay out and user interface then the new portal.

Hi Dennis,
I don't think there is a way to expand the pop-up window except for zooming in or out of the whole screen. You can do that by ctrl + scroll up or down to change the zoom percentage in Chrome. This may help to get more information on windows as you interact with them. I know that they are constantly working to improve the functionality of the products so maybe the issues you are having will be resolved soon.
Thanks,
