why is Oneagent SDK beta as of Feb-2019

Though our customer is considering to use oneagent SDK, they are hesitating to use it as it is beta. They don't want to use Beta product in production environment.

Why is it in Beta and is there plan to make it GA? What restrictions are there as Beta?

GA for the OneAgent SDK is planned for the next months. We first released the SDK as beta as the feature set was limited at first. Now that the most important features are released, we are preparing the GA status. Beta features are safe to use in production and already filled supported by the team.
