How to get Host Thresholds via API

Hi,

I am handling how to get Host thresholds by API (we are integrating this feature with Service Now). The thing is that I don't find how to get it.

I've tried using these two endpoints without success:

- {{tenant}}/api/v1/entity/infrastructure/hosts

- {{tenant}}/api/v1/thresholds

As I remember, thresholds are available via API for general settings for all hosts, not for particular one.
