Hi,
I have question about business impact analysis from affected mobile apps
In the picture above, there is a problem with the two mobile applications MyBCA Individu Mobile and BCA Mobile Production, with user impact on MyBCA Individu Mobile 1.3k/4.17k and BCA Mobile Production 3/10.9k and on both application we set RUM 100% on MyBCA Individu Mobile and 1% on BCA Mobile Production.
We've checked the user session example but the numbers doesn't match those of the affected user
How to read impacted affected users?
Best Regards,
Andra
Solved! Go to Solution.
@andra_nosa I dont quite follow. The Problem card shows a correct total count of affected users. If you have a reduced limit on the number of captured sessions then yes you'll have a lower count of affected users because you are turning a bling eye to the other 99% of users. To get the most accurate affected user count you need to monitor all the users.
Hi ChadTurner,
We have same problem same as first my question
how does dynatrace work for those affected users ?
Regards,
Andra
Hello @andra_nosa
It will show you the user sessions' sample but not the exact number of the observed users.

Babar
Correct, it's an estimate of the affected users. Not the exact number. This is obtained on problem start and is not updated the whole time while problem is opened.
Hi Julius,
I want ask if affected user is 167/4.92k
How percentage for 167 affected user it will see on user session example ?
We set RUM for mobile apps is 1%

Andra
