Real user session problem

Since yesterday we are unable to see real user session in the "analyse user session" tab, however the synthetic user are properly displayed. So I wouldlike to know what can cause this disfunction.


ps: we reasign a new ssl certificate yesterday, so could it be the cause of the problem ?

Did you try visit on affected website end checking in console if everything is ok and data are polling to webserver during your session? Are you sure that JS is still infected? Did engine go to your WebServer process group and uncheck there injecting JS for some reason?
