Hi All,

Does anyone know what means "enable modules one at time" in section CORS-related troubleshooting under https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/real-user-monitoring/setup-and-configura...

Thanks & Regards

Eric, The link you provided does not go to any doc page. However I believe you're referring to enabling Javascript frameworks. This can be found by editing Application Settings -> Async Requests and Single Page Apps.

Hi Joseph,

Thanks for your answer. Look, I forget to check referenced link. The section I'm referring is "After setting up OneAgent for JavaScript and Real User monitoring, my application is not working. Wh..." under https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/shortlink/rum-verification#cors-related-troubleshooting

Regardless of the above, troubleshooting must be blocking each js until finding the one that fails?

Thanks & Regards

Can you clarify the symptoms of RUM not working? For example, if the ruxit.js file is listed in your application HTML content, but is not found (404 error?), then its possible that you need to change the root from which this .js file is served. For example, look at all your other .js files, do they have a path such as https://app.myCo.com/static_files/file.js, or are they served out of the root such as https://app.myCo.com/file.js. If it's a subpath (such as /static_files/), tell Dynatrace to use this path by editing the application -> Advanced -> and edit the field "Specify location for Javascript library file".

There's other possible reasons for your issue, but let's start with this and confirm the symptoms before going any further.
