Why I don't see RUM data?

Hi community

Due security reasons I can't reveal any customer's data, including Dynatrace environment. Look, I'm using Dynatrace SaaS for PoC required by customer. The problem is that I don't see RUM data. I have applied all troubleshooting indicated in Documentation. To more references, monitored environment contains following:

docker containers running on AWS EC2

one container have web server (frontend) with Nginx

microservices are running on several containers

acces to microservices is managed by Zuul Api Gateway

I see automatic javascript injected, javascript agent's code, and monitor signals working (rb_*), but session data doesn't appear. However, if I try access by curl from terminal session on EC2 like "curl localhost:/<app url>" session data appears.
