API V1 - Anonymization - Making user sessions anonymous "Removing sensitive data from user session"

Environment API v1 gives you the ability to control the captured user session through anonymization API.

Dynatrace admin can:

• Customize it based on user ID or IP address.
• Both Options are applicable as well.

Required scope:

• UserSessionAnonymization

Steps:

• create access token with "UserSessionAnonymization" scope and save it for future usage in safe repo.
• navigate to User menu > environment API v1 
• anonymization > PUT
• unlock using access token > try it now.
