A new feature has been developed by Dynatrace since last years, to provide extended levels of disk monitoring.

Compatibility

• For Linux.
• Local Disks only.
• Requires OneAgent deployment v1.233 or later.
• Classic host page will not display the disk extension information.
• Not available for Windows.

Consumption:

• DDU (Davis Data Units).

Enablement

• Host Level.
• Host Group Level.

Configurations

• Either on host or host group level > settings > Disk Analytics Extension. > Enable the feature.

Through the new UI, you will explore the new available features and metrics.

The below section provides these selected metrics values against specific directory on Linux
