I have scheduled my exam in August with My Amplify Voucher. Does this voucher gets invalid if I cancel my exam ?

Can I use it in future before it gets expired?

My recommendation is not to cancel but reschedule as far out as you can if needed. But as @MaciejNeumann stated, to get the details on the promotion, you'll need to reach out to that team.
