Ingesting events via Environment API v2

Having admin permission "change monitoring settings", gives administrators the power to run APIs against the monitored environment:

• Navigate Manage > access token 
• create access token with "events.ingest", scope.
• save the token in a safe repository for future usage.
• open environment API V2, > Events > Unlock the key.
• Try it now.
