It's configurable through:
- The synthetic monitor settings page "Visual Mode".
- Script.
As a cluster admin or Dynatrace platform admin with the attached privileges you will be able capable of applying the required configurations.
You can access the synthetics either the current configured or to configure new synthetics through any of the available options

Tip:
- You can download the script as Json file, customize it as per monitoring requirements then upload it again.
- You can customize the script mode through the UI as well and save the configurations.
