Pros:
- Enables implementation team configuring the Request timeout related to the Synthetic HTTP Request or API to avoid receiving false-positive timeout errors.
- Can be set based on the monitoring observations and app owner as well.
It's configurable through:
- The synthetic monitor settings page.
Tip:
- As a cluster admin or Dynatrace platform admin with the attached privileges you will be able to apply the required configurations.
- You can access the synthetics either the current configured or to configure new synthetics through any of the available options
