Hi Team, I created a DT Trial user account to explore some features. However, when I signed into my company's non-prod environment using my regular account, the trial account seems to have become linked to the company's DT environment. I’m now unable to access the trial environment and keep encountering the error below. I’ve tried signing out multiple times, clearing history and cookies, and even using an incognito browser, but nothing has worked. Could you please advise how I can detach the trial account from the company's DT environment?"
It looks like you tried to reach ******.live.dynatrace.com using ******@mail.com.
You don't have the correct user permissions to access this Dynatrace environment. Please reach out to your admin team.
When you have been granted the correct permissions, you will need to sign in again.

Can you try to log in in a private browser window?

Yes, I tried that also as stated above. Got same error message.
