Hi Bharathi,

which alerts do you mean exactly? By default synthetic monitors only generate problems if the monitor is unavailable from all configured locations. You can turn off problem generation in the Monitor settings -> Outage handling.

Hi Philipp,

a customer configured to receive problem notifications when the test fails at one location. However, they do not want to be alerted for a specific javascript failure. They would like to either filter out that object or not have the specific resource generate an alert.
