if maintenance window is deleted, does it impact synthetic availability calculation?

Yes, if the Maintenance Window is deleted, then the availability will be for the whole period, including the period the maintenance window was previously covered. You can disable Synthetic monitor executions as part of a Maintenance window configuration. See documentation.

Does SLO impacted then?

If you're using a metric that excludes maintenance windows, then yes, it would. If you intend to delete maintenance windows after they expire and don't want Synthetic failures from during the maintenance windows, then I would suggest disabling Synthetic executions.
What's the use case for deleting the maintenance windows?

then this is a hole in dyna. we like slo cal based on maint windown and maint window should not be deleted at all (need lock).
given maint window not deletable, u need to maintain the maintenance window GUI display. I have another idea asking u need prepare sort and display by7 create date! operator need such practical feature but seems dyna didn't take this into account for many years

We're making changes to the Synthetic availability calculations for the latest Dynatrace. You can find the first update here. The way maintenance windows are handled will also change. This is likely to be announced around the 314 cluster release.
