We have configured Synthetic HTTP monitor to monitor SAAS instance, We are receiving below error intermittently and because of which Health of monitor is less than 100%.
As its intermittent issue and its not real outage , may i know if we can fix anything at monitor level. Or is is relate

Is this issue global or local?
What is the frequency?
Any resource health issues with the Environment AG?
Is it possible to do a continues ping from the AG to the SaaS instance?
What is 'normal' for this monitor? Is it possible that perfectly valid requests do take 10+ seconds periodically? You might consider increasing the default request timeout (10s) to something longer.
I ran into this with one of my applications. In my case I wanted to see slow responses as slow responses, not errors after 10s. Increasing the timeout to something higher (30s) gave me exactly what I needed.
