Our new and improved User management page provides a seamless user invite and permission assignment experience.

Sometimes the invite button remains disabled/ grayed out after adding user details and assigning the required permission. Follow the article below to enable the invite button.
Problem
Invite button is disabled\ grayed out when you try to invite new users to Dynatrace account Identity & access management > User management. This occurs when no users have been added to the list for assigning permissions to.
Steps to Reproduce & Resolution
- Go to Account Management. If you have more than one account, select the account you want to manage.
- Go to Identity & access management > User management.
- Select Invite users.
- In the Enter Details step of Invite users [1] add the email address.
* *Hit ENTER or click the + button**
- Assign permissions [2] from the list
- The invite button should now be active.
