Bonjour à toutes et à tous,

 

C'est l'occasion de donner vos feedbacks sur la nouvelle platform de Dynatrace (Dynatrace Gen 3). Ces commentaires seront envoyés directement aux PMs respectifs, qui pourront faire un suivi avec moi et (une fois convenu) avec vous, chers clients.

Allo Yacine,

Here is an idea related to problems cards, correlation and Davis detection.

The idea would be to have a "netflix" like scoring system in the problem cards which would indicate the percentage of chances the problem card is related to an actual major outage. This would help triage and determine the priority with which a problem card should be taken care of.

Also a thumbs up, thumbs down voting system to train Dynatrace to understand the important problem cards features and better score them.

There could also be Machine Leaning involved to train the detection so that Davis understands the problem cards from the past which were related to actual major business outages.

Getting even further, a score could also be applied to the root cause which could also be rated with "thumbs up thumbs down".

This way Davis will become better and better at understanding what problems and root causes are really related to our major business outages using human feedbacks.
