In this spotlight video, Andi (Andreas) Grabner @andreas_grabner walks you through how to use Problems efficiently. You'll learn how Dynatrace AI can explain a single problem or the commonality across multiple problems, as well as "Follow the red" to quickly identify the problematic distributed trace, critical log, problematic metric, or root-cause change.
Andi also shows how you can enrich problems with your own metadata, such as ownership information, and how you can leverage the new Troubleshooting Guide integration to surface previous findings of similar problems to the team that takes action on an active problem.
