Hi Dears,

I have some requests and i retreive the output based on the PHP method

Its working fine and i get the right Request Attribute

No I want to create an alert based on a specific text.

On the Global - Failure Detection Parameters, i added a new rule

With a custom error :

But after activating my failure detection rule

Its seems that ALL my requests with HTTP 200 are seen as Failed

The this is that i just want to get alert/problem IF this request argument is present AND with the text condition i defined, regardless of the HTTP code

thanks for your help

Hello @cando

You can change it from contains to equal and check the output.

Hello @cando

  • You can also ensure the configurations are applied on the intended services not on global level.
  • You can narrow the scope via proper adjustment to the management zones and alerting profiles to avoid irrelevant alerting.

Thanks.

Hi Peter, thanks a lot. I disabled the custom error on the global leved and set it on the service level.

It's now working as attended.

thanks a lot for your time
