Tagging events based on custom metric

Hello everybody.
I have event metrics to generate a problem. It is included in an alerting profile to send the notification by email.

The fact is that I have to send in an automatic tag for each notification.

Does anyone have any idea how to do it?
Tagging the metric? Tagging the event?

this option does not cover the need. In my use case I need to send in an automatic tag for each notification.
These tags are simply information that stays in the metric but does not go to notifications.
