Would it be an idea or possibility to mark old topics with a remark, that due to the age of the topic the discussed matter, and/or answers and solutions may no longer be relevant and up-to-date?
Also maybe topics can be closed (after a certain time?), to make sure some are no longer get more updates and resurrect form the past.
