BMC incident ticket from Dynatrace was not auto resolved

My team asked me to check BMC incident ticket from Dynatrace was not auto resolved.

I observed that the event triggered the time to open the ticket as same as the time of problem status resolved on the e-mail.

That is why there is no event trigger to resolve ticket.
