From the forums and replies, I am aware that there is no out of the box integration between HP Service Manager (version 9.40) and Dynatrace Managed. Webhook integration is a possibility and we are exploring it.
I need assistance on the following:
From HP Service Manager side, is an end point URI is all that need to be configured?
Is there any specific permissions to be assigned? like user roles, read/write permissions to incident table etc
Please appreciate any help if anyone has implemented similar integrations. Thanks
