Dynatrace ITSM integration favors especially ServiceNow, which is not surprising, given the leadership of ServiceNow in this domain. I'm posting this message to resume some investigation I've done, with integrating with EasyVista, which is a work in progress at a client of ours. I'll try to maintain this page with other information I gather on integrating Dynatrace with other ITSM solutions (in alphabetic order below). If you have additional info, please post it in the comments below.
I would like to add integrations with Jira. Not the out-of-the-box integration, but much more powerful integrations that provide features like bi-directional issue-problem synchronization and SmartScape to CMDB synchronization:
