We are looking forward to integrating Dynatrace with ManageEngine.
Although there is documentation outlining the capability to integrate with ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Cloud, we currently utilize ManageEngine on-premise. Unfortunately, we have not found a workaround to address this.
In ManageEngine on-premise, there is an API feature where monitoring tools can send payloads directed to a webhook at that API address. However, the last time we attempted this, we encountered a 400 - Bad Request error, indicating that a value was not provided.
Have any of you had experience integrating Dynatrace with ManageEngine on-premise? If so, are there any workarounds or best practices?
