Anyone Succeeded with Azure Consumption Function App instrumentation in Dynatrace

Dear Community User(s) - Did anyone succeed instrumenting Azure Consumption FA instrumentation in Dynatrace with either OTEL or DT OTEL, since we are experiencing gaps in the instrumentation with traces? Any responses on success or workarounds will be highly appreciated.
