Azure WebApp - can't install OneAgent

hello, me again !!!

I have not been able to find a way to install OneAgent on an Azure WebApp. According to the documentation, I should be able to add an extension but I do not have that option.

I cannot find how to do it. Can you please give me a hand with this?

How is the Azure WebApp Deployed? Depending on the type, there are a few different ways to integrate OneAgent with your Azure App (assuming App Service is in use here): https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/setup-and-configuration/setup-on-cloud-platforms/microsoft-azure-ser...
