Management Zones / Azure PaaS

I have 3 Azure App Services that I want to separate in 3 different Management Zones. So, I have 3 PaaS tokens. Now, I haven't figured out how to associate each token with each Management Zone.

So, looking at the Management Zones configuration, there is also an option of using "Azure entities", and according to this blog post, it might be the correct way forward:

Has anyone had this challenge? Which route have you gone?

while this is new to me, we typically onboard our PaaS instance via the oneagent, but if you are adding them in via API, they might come in under a custom device, maybe there is something in the custom device section that you can key off of that is unique per each.
