When you get an answer that resolves your issue or provides the information you needed, you can accept it as the Best Answer. The Best Answer is always listed first, regardless of how the answers are sorted, and is highlighted to make it easy to recognize.
In the links below the answer, click Accept. A Best Answer can only be accepted by the person who posted the question or by a forum moderator.
The answer is highlighted with a green background and a Best Answer label. A question can have up to two Best Answers. You can unselect a Best Answer and then select a different one.
When a question has a Best Answer selected, its number of replies is highlighted in All Posts or search results.
The question is not automatically closed when you accept an answer. You must close the question manually.
