When you have a satisfactory resolution for your question, you can Close the question to prevent additional answers, and to inform other members that a resolution has been identified.
Click the tool icon to the right of the question title and select Close to display the Close or Flag window.
Click to display a drop-down list of reasons for closing the post. Select a reason for closing the question.
- If necessary, type additional explanation in the field below the reason list.
- Click OK to close the question.
Note: If the question is a duplicate, you should also redirect this question to the question that it duplicates. Click the tool icon and select Redirect.
