Hello Jaume! Shed some light on your life’s journey.

When I was a child, I loved two things: craftsmanship and video games. The intricate process of creating something and the joy of exploring digital worlds always fascinated me. As I grew older, I realized that software development is, in many ways, the craftsmanship of the 21st century. It made perfect sense to pursue a career in this field.

While studying and working as a developer, I discovered a particular passion for coding and automating tasks. There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking a repetitive, mundane task and finding a way to make it happen automatically. That love for automation naturally led me to explore tools and platforms that align with this interest - and that’s when I found Dynatrace. The product’s capabilities immediately resonated with me. It felt like a perfect match for my love of innovation and optimization.

What makes you excited about being a part of the Dynatrace?

Being part of Dynatrace means working alongside some of the most talented and passionate people I’ve ever met. Many colleagues have become close friends, and their expertise and dedication constantly inspire me.

Additionally, our product is truly exceptional. It’s innovative, ahead of the curve, and consistently sets a high standard in the market. I’m proud to be part of a company that continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

What makes Dynatrace Community important to you?

The Dynatrace Community is an invaluable resource for me. Given the rapid pace of innovation and growth in the product, it’s impossible to explore every edge case or new feature on my own.

"The Community is my first stop to find answers when I encounter a question or uncertainty."

At the same time, participating in the Community by answering questions broadens my expertise and enhances my skills as a Dynatrace Administrator. It’s a mutually beneficial space where learning and sharing go hand in hand. My advice to newcomers? Don’t hesitate to engage. Whether you’re asking or answering questions, the Community will accelerate your journey with Dynatrace.

Tell us something about you that most people don’t know. What is your biggest joy or passion in life?

While I’ve always enjoyed video games, reading, and fashion, I discovered a new passion this year: diving. During a trip to Malaysia with some fellow Dynatracers, I experienced diving for the first time, and it was life-changing. The underwater world is the most breathtakingly beautiful place I’ve ever seen. For anyone who’s curious and not afraid to try it, I wholeheartedly recommend it.

One of my biggest dreams is to live outside of Spain. I’d love to immerse myself in a new culture, learn a different language, and experience a new lifestyle. Dynatrace is already helping me move toward this goal, so who knows? The next time I contribute to the Community, it might be from another country!
