Dynatrace OneAgent not injecting post Openshift 4.5 to Openshift 4.7 upgrade

Anyone else seeing this? The nodes were recycled post upgrade, however Dynatrace is not coming up cleanly on the majority of hosts and failing to inject/monitor application processes on these nodes. 

We have an open support ticket on it.

Hey @john_martin what oneagent version were you upgrading to? I know there were a few issues with the most recent upgrade that @larry_roberts pointed out: https://community.dynatrace.com/t5/Dynatrace-Open-Q-A/Latest-OneAgent-Possible-bug/td-p/170449

What kind of container runtime are you using? We faced an issue in detecting Docker engine from OneAgent 1.219 I believe.  Dynatrace support found a bug and it's going to be resolved by OneAgent 1.227.

You will need to provide more information or talk to support to get this resolved.
