How can I retrieve the InstallerDownload PaaS token from a given environment through an API call?

I've tried a billion ways and I've searched high and low to no avail. All info leads to how to get this information through the web-ui and I need to grab this info through the rest API.

Yes if you are running Dynatrace Managed, there is a dedicated token API for that. I will follow up per email to send you the information.
