Policy for Metrics ( metrics Streams client )

We have added new metrics from cloud watch AWS to Dynatrace using CFT ( metrics streams client ) but a user with view access is not getting data when he run a query in Dataexplorer to view them. 

What permission ( policy needed) to give the user ??

We are interested to add only a policy but not any environment permission , is that possible ??

yes we do have implemented,

I wanted to get the schema & objects to have a policy created for this.

You can set the metric data on a MZ and then allow access to the MZ through policy
