I have web check volume but the menu item does not appear (Managed)

I have web check volume in my license but the Web Checks and Availability menu item does not appear on the menu in my managed instance.

Can you please clarify what menu items do you refer to?

We have a help page that may also help you to set web checks in managed:

I think he means the Menu Point "Web Check and availability". I see that in my SaaS account under Monitoring. But in my Managed instance I don't have it, even after creating a Webcheck via "Deploy Dynatrace".

You can create Webchecks via the deploy Dynatrace Tab.

that sounds like it might be a bug. Could you please open a support ticket so we can have a closer look.

For future reference. The menu item (now called Synthetic) only shows up in managed installation if a public security gateway is installed.
