Hello,
If we lose access to our Managed environment and cannot sign in (as well as not having access to cluster admin email) is there a way for Dynatrace support to assist in the recovery of the environment? We are using LDAP credentials for login.

If you are using LDAP for group management, you can add a user to to an LDAP group that has "Cluster administrator" permissions.
