Looking to upgrade from Dynatrace Managed to SaaS? See how

Managed Server Taking Forever to start, and btw where is server log?

Where is the server log for Dynatrace Managed? The log files seems to be hidden and not easily found (unlike AppMon and DCRUM).

Also, anyone can point me in the right direction about troubleshooting this without looking at the log files? Appreciate if you can let know, even if it only has little chance of success.


okay, now it said timeout and failed to start the server service.

Think I've found it, is /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/log/


Yes, the directory /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/log is the default one used to store the logs. It the directory /var/opt/dynatrace-managed/log is not available, the logs from latest installation can be found in /var/log/dynatrace.
