Did you mean:

Load balancer request/response time metric for an application

Reef
Participant

Hello Team,

I've installed the NetScaler extension and configured already the required load balancers to be under monitoring, now the question is I couldn't find any metric to measure the request/response time from load balancer (NetScaler) for a specific application in my environment, so any idea on how this metric can be customized or created? If anyone has already done it in any way around.

Thanks

Hello @Reef

Do you see the NetScaler in the "Technology overview"?

What is the status of extension under > Monitored technologies > Custom extensions?

There are particular metrics available in the link:

Hi Babar,

I believe the metric is the time between web & server (including the time via citrix netscaler balancer)

With this approach, we wouldn't clearly know the actual time spent on the citrix netscaler balancer, by saying so we cannot identify where is the slowness issue, be it web, netscaler or server.

Hence, is there any way to have visibility of the time spent on the Netscaler balancer solely?
