Monitoring Kafka consumer lag using JMX addon

Hello.

I am trying to monitor consumer lag of Kafka in dynatrace and have some problems. If anyone has successfully started monitoring this parameter, can you give a link or provide me an example of the working jmx plugin for monitoring consumer lag of Kafka? 

It is needed for Kafka server
