We have integrated Dynatrace with Service Now. However there are few incidents are getting created with "Unknown CI" in configuration item field in SNOW. In CMDB all server info's are fine and updated with application mapping
Any one has encountered this kind of issue? Kindly let us know how to tackle it.
@mrajhans are you still experiencing this issue? if not what did you do to correct that issue?
