Hi, i'm not able to connect with support so far through chat. I have some pre-sales question & would also like to setup a demo just to make sure Dynatrace will do what I think it can do. Is this the appropriate place to post? if there's anyone here who can help me, please let me know. Thanks!

You should have access to Chat within your DEMO - if not, you can always reach out to the account exec. that has been assigned to you. Let us know if you need any assistance. I can see about getting you hooked up to someone to talk to about Dynatrace.
