Implementation for OpenTelemetry on NestJS Typescript

I am not getting clue to implement dynatrace opentelemetry in NestJs(typescript) for my API's to track.
  1.  Tried via opentelemetry method . able to check on console but not able to send data in my dynatrace account.
  2. Tried also method given by dynarace , but it shows error on console and not send any data to dynatrace account.

any suggestion for this.

not as per my expectations.
Is OneAgent is enough on server to send all data or do we require some code also in API's
